Still happy

Wow over a week since I last posted.
We are in our new apartment. It was a bit of a rough start - so many things were not working or broken and the place was dirty! But we are surviving. Lots has been fixed, I have cleaned and we have bought some potplants and made it look like home. Trip adivsor will be getting an honest report, and really we should have red the comments before coming here!
Johan is still applying for jobs, but we are still not panicking.
Lindsay came and stayed and it was great! We really enjoyed having her stay and had lots of fun and good chats together.
Reuben arrives on Saturday :) :) and Jacques arrives the following Saturday.
Today we went and booked an appointment with the volunteer centre. We like to keep busy and it may be a good way to meet people and get an 'in' into some work.
We dropped Linz at the airport on Saturday and then went for a womble into NSW and to Byron Bay. (photos in our Auzzie folder). We are having fun discovering new areas, and getting a feel for where we would like to be.
Sunday we looked up a church on the internet and went there only to find the time on the net was wrong and it started half an hour earlier, so we didn't go in. Instead we went on yet another ticky tour and then in the afternoon walked accross to the beach and went for a lovely swim and sunbathe.
I have put up a few more photos into the auzzie folder.
We are still loving it here and happy to keep moving forward.
Ohh and Johan bought a bike today and has been for a ride on it and thinks it is awesome.
