On our way

We have left Kerikeri, had a wonderful few days with mum and dad and are now sitting in a motel supping wine and waiting till 6 tomorrow morning when we will be on our way to the airport to board our flight at 8.50 to the Gold Coast.
We had a neat few days with Mum and Dad, seeing them in their new home and hopefully being helpful without driving them nuts ;). We even got down to see Morgan and his family in their new digs.
Johan has taken his car to the auction in Auckland after dropping me and the bags at the motel ande then catching a taxi back to me :)
So here we sit - homeless, carless, jobless, petless, and just the two of us.
Let the new life begin... :)
We arrive tomorrow at 10.30 ozzie time, collect our rental car and head to an apartment we have booked for two weeks while we sort ourselves out. The apartment is called the shore apartments , ocean view rd, surfers paradise, gold coast. On Wed morning Johan has a job interview at 9am, they have been chasing after him for a while and even wanted, and had a conference call with him last week. Looks like he mightn't get much of a holiday before starting a new job.
I will try keep this updated for you all that dont 'do Face book' :)
It was dads birthday today so I got to answer the phone and talk to most of the rellies which was a bonus.
So good bye NZ and bring it on OZ, its been a long time in the planning and now its about to happen.
