He was woken up early with his sister jumping on his bed wishing him a happy birthday, she got away with it - 1 cos she's his sis and he loves her and 2 cos she gave him a bottle of whiskey as a birthday present. :)
We all hopped in our car and drove 40 min north to the Australian zoo, the one that Steve Irwin set up. It was great, you could interact with so many of the animals, was laid out beautifully and was just cool. I have put some photos into a new album on the right.
Lelanie even has a suntan :)
Tomorrow we are off to the beach at Bribie Island, after doing our local market.
The 3 young ones are down at the pub now watching the chiefs play the brumbies in some rugby final.
