Johan is down in Tauranga slogging away repairing our damaged house thanks to our neice and her flatmates. Mum and Dad have been there all day everyday helping. Neice is nowhere to be seen. He sounds tired and sad but hopefully he will make it home tomorrow night. He is going to change the lock and leave the left over furniture at the local op shop. He even bought a hairdyer today to try and hurry up the process of drying out the repaired holes in the wall. The squatter will be removed by the police if she is not gone tomorrow. Unbelievlable. Reuben seems to be having a great time down there, not working of course! but catching up with his good mate Matt.
Us girls are doing ok at home. Katie has a German friend staying. My working week has finished :) Does feel different working extra hours! Summer is still here! - It is still so hot, makes it really difficult to get any sleep at night, and I have the bed to myself;). Roll on next week, with Johan safely home and the house nightmare behind us. My Uncle and Aunty are coming to stay next Friday night and then I think it will be time to redo our shower and finish our bathroom.And so life goes on...
Bummer... Just talked to Johan and no way he's going to make it home tomorrow :(
