Still no joy trying to sell our KK property and we are scraping the bottom of the bank barrell. We thought we'd put a feeler out for trying to rent it out again and wow did we get heaps of response!
So we are now planning on going up to KK on Saturday to meet some of these potential tenants. Some have 5 kids ahhhhhh
Will keep you posted, the preference is obviously still to sell but we can't hold out much longer.
