Our Kerikeri agent has been keeping us informed of progress or lack of it with the attempted sale of our property. There was a couple interested, they were asking all the right questions to show a serious interest, they went to visit the property 3 times, they even ordered the council file, only to finally decide the road noise was too much! Anybody who has been there will know how *^#@! this is... I am lost for words and really dissapointed. Johan was very philosphical and said "oh well something will come up" to which I replied "yeah our bank debt!" Good to have balance in a relationship!
