It's happened - the tenants have given us notice on the Kerikeri house. Now we really need to sell quickly! They leave on the 1st of July and getting anyone else in when it is on the market is not likely. Money money money what a pain.
On a cherrier note - Johan is doing fine, he's back at work and enjoying having 4 of them doing the job he was doing on his own.
My boss is still there - they readvertised her job but seems no one wants to come and learn the ropes from her, or they don't like the pathetic pay we get.
Sorry - still no photo of the tiled bathroom, our computer packed a sad again, we have borrowed one but don't want to be downloading photos on to it ( and just also to note - there are still some finishing touches to be done, Ankie will understand this... it gets so far and then something else comes up and you are left with an incomplete job, it is fair to say in this case it was also that we ran out of materials)

oh dumb :( that's very annoying of them :-/ Has there been any interest on the house?
maybe you should take your bosses job?
we got the builder to retile the jacuzzi room while he was here and unpacked the garage checking what tiles we had, we found left overs from at least 10 different tiling jobs, so yeh we've done tiling...but those jobs always got finished
