The run down is on to the end of the year.
At school we are running the end of year programme and by Friday it will all be over for these International students. Friday 2nd Dec our girl Valeria leaves to go back to Italy. Johan and I are taking the day off work and along with Reuben we are taking Valeria and Guilia to Auckland airport to fly back to their home.
Johan is flat out busy at work - which is good because he has a job, but bad because he's stressed. For me end of year is kinda cruisy, today at work we had a 3 hour lunch cooked by some of the students and the resident chef as part of their end of year programme, tomorrow they are making a slide show of the year for us to all watch on Friday along with a farewell lunch and certificate handout. So lots less pressure. We haven't had rain for ages and the tank has been refilled once and is probably due to be again. Reuben and I have been swimming lots, Johan still hasn't braved it.
