Fond farewells

Many of the international students are going back to their home countries next week. So our girls invited some friends around for a farewell. Johan and I made them a treasure hunt which took them all around the property and ended up with an afternoon tea on the dining room table. Then they did their own girly thing until it was time for a BBQ, everyone had brought something to contribute so they had lots of yummy food, then it was marshmallow time which is always a hit. A great time was had by all :)
Fie left this morning for a surfing camp and will be back Thursday night, Katie is playing golf this week and is off on Thursday morning for her 3 week South Island tour. Fie leaves for Auzzie on Saturday. So it's all on in this household. Johan and I head off to Taupo on Saturday after we have dropped Fie at the airport. Reuben is coming as far as Auckland a nd will stay with his Dad and family while we are in Taupo ( Johan has a work course there on the Monday) and we will collect Reuben on the Monday evening on our way home. It will be a late night - a 6 hour drive home after the course finsihed at 4pm.
Played games, trying to work out who or what they were as per the paper on their forehead.
