Done deal!
Long story short - We bought a Rover last year for Pa and Ma vN to use when they came to visit us. It was a dud! We applied to the Disputes Tribunal for a hearing, 6 months later we got one. That was Wednesday. Neither of us had ever been to court before! We got our money back! The JP acknowledged that it was falsely adverstised and misrepresented. So nice to have it behind us finally. The guy comes to pick up the car this weekend and the money is safe and sound back in our bank account. Yay for Disputes Tribunals!!!!

Some of the rust on the car with NO rust in EXCELLENT condition. Didn't have a photo of the whole car on hand, so used a pic that was used in evidence...
